At Eades Wallpaper & Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase. If your selection is not the perfect fit, you may return eligible, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific brand.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened rolls or fabric bolts in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return via a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable manufacturer restocking fees.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and confirms the items are in original, resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
